1. Accepting these terms

By using clockintoday.com ("ClockInToday," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What ClockInToday is

ClockInToday is an independent directory of jobs, gig platforms, staffing agencies, and public resources that typically don't require an interview. We aren't an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter. We don't hire anyone, don't place anyone in jobs, and aren't part of any hiring decision.

Unless we clearly say otherwise, the companies listed haven't endorsed ClockInToday, and we don't speak for them. Company names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify those companies.

3. Information is for general guidance only

We research pay, minimum ages, background-check requirements, minimum wages, and gig pay laws from public sources and cite them on each page. But companies and governments change their rules often, and details vary by city and situation. Pay figures are averages or reports, not promises of what you'll earn.

• Always confirm requirements and pay directly with the company before you rely on them.
• Nothing on ClockInToday is legal, tax, financial, or employment advice. For advice about your situation, talk to a qualified professional or your state labor department.
• Independent contractor work usually means paying your own expenses and self-employment taxes.

4. Outside websites

Most links lead to websites we don't control. Your use of those sites, including any account you create or job you accept, is between you and that company and is governed by its terms and privacy policy. We aren't responsible for their content, pay, practices, or how they treat workers.

5. Partner links

Some links are affiliate or partner links, and we may earn a fee if you sign up or click through. This never costs you anything and doesn't change how we rank or describe platforms. Details are in our affiliate disclosure.

6. Using the site

You may use ClockInToday for your own personal, non-commercial job search. Please don't:

• Copy, scrape, or republish the site's content or data in bulk without written permission.
• Interfere with the site's operation or security, or try to access systems you aren't authorized to use.
• Use the site to break the law or to mislead anyone.

7. Our content

The site's design, text, data compilations, and the ClockInToday name and logo belong to ClockInToday. Facts themselves aren't owned by anyone, and we link to the original sources we used.

8. No warranties

ClockInToday is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we don't guarantee that any listed company will hire you or pay any particular amount.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ClockInToday and its owner won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost earnings or opportunities, arising from your use of the site or any listed company. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

If your misuse of the site or violation of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Thurston County, Washington, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
